By registering as a member of FACE-2-FACE, you acknowledge your acceptance of the FACE-2-FACE Privacy Statement. You warrant that you have the right, the authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all our terms and conditions as stated here.

We cannot and do not verify personal information on our members or guests, such as marital status, or any other aspects of their general background. It is your responsibility to verify such information to your own satisfaction and we recommend that you do so. Dating profiles are constructed solely from information provided on registration forms.

Please approach any contact with our guests/members with the same caution you undertake when meeting other people for the first time.

As outlined in our Privacy Statement; we will not divulge your contact or personal details to anyone without your permission, unless required to do so by law.

We may use your contact details to inform you of future events, which we think may be of interest to you.

If we are no longer able to hold an event at the venue as originally planned, we reserve the right to move the event to an alternative venue. In this unlikely instance, we will always provide our members with as much notice as possible.

We are not able to accept cancellations for events as the quality and success of our events would be compromised by an uneven ration of males/females. However if you are able to provide us with at least 5 days notice by contacting us in writing, we will do our best to move you to another FACE-2-FACE event.

We do our utmost to ensure that the ratio of males/females at all events is a 50/50 ratio. However, due to potentially unforeseeable circumstances, we accept no responsibility for either an uneven ratio, or a shortfall in male/female guests/members at an event.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or expel without refund, guests or members who become abusive and/or offensive to other guests/members at an event.

We do not guarantee that any guest/member will successfully match with another guest/member at any of our events. And we cannot guarantee that upon receipt of the Dating Pack that a prospective match will agree to a date/meeting.

Unless we are proven to be negligent, we take no responsibility for any emotional distress, or physical injury that may arise from communications with other guests/members registered with FACE-2-FACE, including, during, or at any stage after one of our events.

FACE-2-FACE events are held at venues where we have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured, or suffer damages to yourself or your personal items, of any kind at one of our events, you agree that you can only make a claim against the venue provider.

Occasionally FACE-2-FACE or media may take pictures or interview participants at events. You agree to permit FACE-2-FACE to use those photographs taken for marketing and advertising use.

We reserve the right to cancel any event and provide a full refund, but no other compensation, in such situation. When you register or book an event with FACE-2-FACE you must supply a daytime telephone number and preferably mobile phone number as well. In the event that we have to cancel an event we shall try to inform you by telephone/letter but we shall be under no liability to you for any consequential or direct loss and/or expenses (including traveling cost to the venue) caused by the cancellation.

FACE-2-FACE membership commences upon receipt of membership fee and registration form. Dating packs will be posted out within 7 days of receipt of the above. FACE-2-FACE cannot be held responsible for delays due to the postal service or any other situation beyond our control.

Membership will be put on hold if you decide not to meet prospective matches for any reason. Therefore you must notify us by telephone, text, e-mail or in writing if you enter into a relationship, are long term ill, away on holiday for more than 2 wks or generally unavailable. Your membership will recommence from where it left off after you have informed us that you are once again available.

Our membership numbers fluctuate throughout the year. Some months there may be more new members join than other months, and there may be more in certain age groups/gender than others. FACE-2-FACE cannot be held responsible for this fluctuation. If there is a significant shortfall in one membership category then we will do our best to market that area until we achieve an acceptable balance.

By registering with FACE-2-FACE you warrant that you at least 18 years old and that you are single.

You agree to use the FACE-2-FACE service strictly for your sole and personal use. You may not authorise others to use your membership details, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your membership to any other person or entity.

We reserve the right to cancel membership without refunding, if we receive complaints or have reason to believe that a member has behaved inappropriatly, including giving false information.

Refunds are at a discretion of FACE-2-FACE. We also reserve the right to offer discounts/special offers at any given time.
